How do I find a provider's profile?

If you know the healthcare provider's name:

1. Go to RateMDs.
2. If you know the provider’s name, you can search by entering the provider’s name in the search field near the top of the page.

What if I don't know the healthcare provider's name?

Below you will find the instructions on how you can search for a healthcare provider of a particular specialty, listed in a particular city, but without his/her name.

1. Go to RateMDs.
2. In the search box section:
   • Select the desired specialty.
   • Type in the desired city name in full then select the correct city listing from the drop-down menu*.
   • Click the green 'Find a Doctor' button.

* Please ensure you have selected the correct city from the drop-down menu. If you have not clicked on the correct city option, the search will not run correctly.

Following through with these steps you will be presented with the desired search results.

In the case where no profile listings are presented when conducting the above search, it is likely that there are no profiles listed that match your search parameters. This does not necessarily mean there are no healthcare providers practicing in that city, it may mean that no one has created a profile for a provider that fits your search parameters.
