Once you have claimed your providers' profiles, you can access the claimed profiles by following the steps below:
- Login to RateMDs.
- Use the sidebar menu to the left to access and navigate the profile.
You may need to log out from your account and log back in to access the profile.
To navigate between the different profiles under your account:
- Login to RateMDs.
- Click on 'Account' in the top righthand corner, followed by the provider's name.
- This will take you to that provider's profile dashboard.
