We strongly recommend that you please create a user account and claim your providers' profiles. If you work with more than one provider, you can certainly claim multiple provider profiles under one user account for easier access.
By claiming their profiles, you will be able to:
- Gain management access to their profiles.
- Update their profile information, such as profile names, specialties, and profile photos.
- Update their facility information.
- Update their statuses, such as if they are taking new patients and/or if they are offering virtual appointments.
- Post responses to their ratings.
- Get the 'verified checkmark' on their profile.
- Get badges to reflect high scores on their profile (respective to Staff, Punctuality, Helpfulness, and knowledge).
'Verified Profiles Only' is also one of our search filters for patients. By claiming your profile, you can increase your profile exposure to help patients find you.
