How come I can't find profiles for some of my providers?

If your providers are not currently listed on RateMDs, it simply means no one has created a profile for them yet.

You can submit a provider profile creation request at any time by following the steps below:
  1. Go to the Add a Provider page. 
  2. Enter the healthcare provider’s name, and click the green 'Create A New Doctor' button.
  3. Fill out the required information if necessary. Click the green 'Submit' button.
  4. The profile creation request will go to our team for validation. 

Once the request has been reviewed and approved by our team, the profile listing will then be generated. This is usually done within 1 business day, however, it may take up to 3 business days depending on the volume of requests we receive. 

A new profile listing will not be generated if the profile creation request is rejected. The most common reasons for rejections would be profile duplication or failure to verify the provider's registration with their respective governing bodies.
