There are duplicate profiles for my providers, what should I do?

Did you find multiple profile listings for your provider or your facility? Having multiple profiles can confuse patients.

Please email us through our Contact Us page and our team can look into having them consolidated for you. Please include your providers' names, specialties, and all URLs/links to their profiles, our team will help you with having them consolidated as soon as they can.
