We recommend that you update the credentials section of your providers' profiles. This can help patients learn a bit more about the providers and their practice, as well as help their profile stand out from others.
Make sure you have created a user account and have claimed your providers' profiles already. Then, to update your credentials, please follow the steps below:
- Login to RateMDs.
- Click 'Credentials' on the left sidebar.
Please keep in mind that the changes made in the credentials section are auto-saved but you may need to clear the cache on your web browser and refresh the webpage to see the changes.
