How do I update my providers' profile information?

Keeping your providers' profile information up-to-date can help patients find them better, it can also help to distinguish their profiles from the competition. 


In order to have management access to your profile and be able to update your profile information, you just need to claim their profiles.


Once you have claimed their profiles, you will be able to update the following profile information:

  1. Profile listing name
  2. Gender
  3. Specialty of practice
  4. Profile photo
  5. Credentials
  6. Accepting new patient and/or virtual appointment status
  7. Facility details (address, phone number, and website)
  8. Office hours
  9. Accepted insurance plans
