We strongly recommend that you please create a user account and claim your providers' profiles. If you work with more than one provider, you can certainly claim multiple provider profiles under one user account for easier access.
Instructions on how to do so are included for you below, just in case.
To create a user account:
- Go to RateMDs and click 'Signup' in the top right-hand corner of the page.
- A popup window will appear, please complete the information fields. Click the green 'Signup' button.
- A verification email will be sent to you once you have completed signing up.
- Go to your email (please also check your junk mail folder) and verify your account by accessing the link provided in the email.
To claim a provider profile:
- Go to your profile.
- Click on "Claim Profile" button located below your profile photo.
- Choose which plan you’d like to sign up for, followed by clicking ‘Select’ at the bottom.
- Scroll down to the ‘Verification’ section. Fill out the short form there. Ensure you upload a piece of ID in the provider’s name for verification purposes. Then click the green icon right below to submit it.
- Once the ID has been verified (up to 3 business days), the profile will be claimed under your login account. Log back in to gain access to the account.
* You are more than welcome to block off any sensitive information on the ID.
If the 
button is not available, it means your profile is currently claimed by an account. If you would like to reclaim your profile under a different account, please contact us.
