How do I update my login email?

You are able to update the email address associated with your RateMDs user account at any time.

To update your account's email:

Login to RateMDs.
Click on 'Account' in the top right-hand corner of the page, followed by 'User Dashboard'.
Click on 'Account' on the left sidebar.
Here you will see the 'Update your Emails' form. See below for reference.
From here, simply type in the new email address you wish to use in place of your current email.

Please note, your password will remain the same. If you also need to update your password, please refer to our 'How do I change my password?' article.
