The purpose of Hours of Operation is to show a provider's personal working hours at different facilities. It is important to note that the indicated hours are not necessarily the facility's hours; instead, they are the hours that the provider will be working at a particular facility.
The colored icon indicates the status of the provider, according to the schedule they’ve provided to RateMDs. It can display one of the following four statuses:
- Opening soon (ie. within 1 hour)
- Open
- Closing soon (ie. within 1 hour)
- Closed
Always call the clinic to confirm the provider’s availability.
If the provider works at more than one facility, they may add different hours for when they are working at a particular facility. You can click and scroll through the different facilities to see all of the hours for your provider.
These hours are added by the provider/clinic; however, we recommend that you always contact the clinic directly to confirm availability and book your appointment accordingly.
