In our pursuit of providing a better and easier user experience for patients, RateMDs directs you to appointment bookings options. To expand this offering, we’ve partnered with Zocdoc. This tool will provide you with the ability to book appointments with close to 10,000 participating healthcare providers directly from their RateMDs profile.
The appointment booking tool will be displayed on the participating providers' profile page as shown below.
When you book an appointment using this widget, you will be redirected to Zocdoc's page where you can follow prompts to register & complete your appointment booking process. An example of this page is shown below.
After you have booked your appointment, you will receive email notifications directly from Zocdoc. Since RateMDs does not collect any information regarding you or your appointment, please refer to Zocdoc's "Making Appointments" help articles for support if you need to make changes or cancel your booked appointments.
Clinics and Facilities
Please note that facilities listed in the Zocdoc booking widget may differ from the facilities listed on the provider’s RateMDs profile. This may happen for various reasons. If you wish to book at a location not listed in the Zocdoc booking widget, please be sure to contact the clinic directly to confirm the provider’s availability.
Commercial Relationship
RateMDs is partnering directly with Zocdoc rather than the individual healthcare providers who are clients of Zocdoc and will make a commission for each successfully booked appointment.
