If you no longer wish to continue with your Promoted or Promoted+ Plan subscription on RateMDs, you can cancel it by following the steps outlined below.
Steps to Cancel Your Subscription Plan
1. For all Subscribers outside of Canada
If you are located outside of Canada, follow the interactive instructions below to cancel your Promoted/Promoted+ Subscription.
2. For all Subscribers in Canada Without a Dedicated Account Manager
If you did not subscribe to a Promoted/Promoted+ Plan through a dedicated Account Manager, you can follow the interactive instructions above to cancel your subscription.
3. For all Subscribers in Canada With a Dedicated Account Manager
If you subscribed to a Promoted/Promoted+ Plan through your dedicated Account Manager, please call your Account Manager directly or 1-888-201-6521 to cancel your subscription.
All cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and refunds are not provided for unused time.
What Happens After Cancellation?
Your Promoted/Promoted+ Subscription tools and features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
After cancellation takes effect, your profile will revert to the standard free listing and all exclusive features will become unavailable.
If you wish to reinstate your Promoted Plan, you can do so at anytime by:
Choosing the Promoted or Promoted+ Plan through the Billing section of your dashboard.
Reaching out to your dedicated Account Manager.
