why am I seeing an error message when I try to submit a rating?

If you are seeing the following error message:


"You cannot post this rating at this time. Either because you've posted too much, or because you've already posted a rating for this doctor".


It means a rating with an IP address that is the same as yours has already been submitted to this particular profile. If you were connected to public wifi, you may be sharing the same IP as others who are also connected to this wifi which may be the reason you were not able to post your rating.


If you have not yet posted a rating for your healthcare provider, please try again using cellular data or connect to your own home WiFi.
