What do I do if I got an 'invalid postal code/zip' message?

Sometimes due to the postal code/zip format, you may get an error message. 


If you are having some technical difficulties when updating your facility information, please email us through our Contact Us page and let us know! Our team can help you with this.


Please include the following information in your email:

  1. The URL/link to your RateMDs profile
  2. The name of your clinic
  3. The full address of your clinic
  4. Your clinic's phone number
  5. (optional) Your clinic's website URL


With the above information, our team will be able to help you with this issue as soon as they can.
