How do I add multiple facilities to my profile?

You are certainly able to have multiple facilities listed on your profile.

Make sure you have created a user account and have already claimed your profile. You will be able to access and update your profile information afterward.

To add a facility/location, please follow these instructions:
  1. Login to RateMDs.

  2. On the left sidebar, click 'Facilities'.

  3. In the 'Add a Facility' search bar, type in your facility name. image

  4. If the facility already exists, select it as the facility. This should prompt you to go through the verification steps.

  5. If the facility does not exists in our database, choose to 'Create a new Facility' and complete the required information. Once this new facility is added to your list, click 'verify Facility' and complete the form.

Please make sure the ID you submit is an invoice/bill, medical/business license, facility ID card, or piece of mail with the location name and address on it. We do not accept pictures of the location, business cards/brochures, screenshots of websites, or notepad headers. 

Once we have verified your request, which may take up to 3 business days, the changes will be made to your profile.
