How do I change my password?

Here you will find different options on how you can have your user account password updated.

Option 1 - If you have your current login information

If you know the current login information but wish to update your password, please follow the steps below.

Login to RateMDs.
Click 'Account' in the top right-hand corner, followed by 'User Dashboard'.
Scroll down a little and you will see the 'Change Your Password' form, complete the form. See below for reference.

Option 2 - If you cannot recall your current password

If you do not recall the old password, you can reset your password by:

Go to https://www.ratemds.com/accounts/forgot_password.
You will be prompted to enter your email registered with your user account.
A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email, please also check your spam and junk mailboxes.
Access the link provided to change your password.
