If you are currently a Promoted or Promoted Plus member and need to update your payment information, you are certainly able to do so directly from your profile.
To update your credit card information, please follow the steps below:
- Login to RateMDs.
- Click 'Billing' on the left sidebar.
- Just under the Plan Details section, you will see 'Payment Method'. Click on 'Change'.
You will be prompted to enter new credit card information.
