RateMDs support anonymous ratings. It is optional if you would like to leave your name as a part of your rating comment and, in most cases, it is also optional for you to log in to your user account.
RateMDs does not release identifying information associated with a rating for the user's privacy. However, if this information has been requested through proper legal channels then RateMDs will have to comply and provide the requested information.
