RateMDs currently offer two types of rating notifications, Monthly Rating Notifications and Instant Rating Notifications.
Monthly Rating Notifications
For providers who have claimed their profiles, Monthly Rating Notifications will be sent on the first day of the month to provide a summary of ratings received in the past month. If no ratings were collected in the past month, no rating notifications will be sent.
The Monthly Rating Notifications are default enabled. Providers can disable or enable these notifications by going to the "Ratings" tab of the doctor dashboard.
Instant Rating Notifications
For providers who are subscribed to a Promoted/Promoted Plus plan, Instant Rating Notifications will be sent as soon as a rating above 3.5 stars has been collected.
Rating Conceirge will be triggered if the rating is 3.5 stars or below, and a different rating notification will be sent instead.
