I'm a provider, how do I respond to my ratings?

Modified on Mon, 25 Mar 2024 at 02:38 PM

Responding to ratings is a great way to engage with your patients and actively build your online reputation. It is one of the ways to show your dedication to providing exceptional experiences for future patients.

The Rating Response is also a great tool for you to invite the patients back to contact your office directly to resolve any potential issues and/or to share some insights into your standard practice procedures to help educate prospective, future patients.

When responding to a rating, keep in mind the protected health information (PHI) and do not share these details. Additional examples of PHI can be found here.

Please make sure you have created an account and claimed the profile already. After your profile has been claimed you will be able to post a provider response to a rating by following the steps below:
  1. Login to RateMDs.

  2. Click 'Ratings' on the left sidebar.

  3. Use the text box below a rating to compose a response.

Keep in mind your response must be within 50-5000 characters.
