Have you posted a provider response to one of your ratings and would like to have it removed?
To remove your provider response please follow the instructions below:
- Login to RateMDs, you will be redirected to your profile dashboard.
- Click 'Ratings' on the left sidebar.
- Here you will see all of your ratings, your provider responses are shown below the respective rating. Click on 'Delete' located just below your response.
The deletion should take effect immediately, however, you may need to clear the cache to see the change.
