I see a rating that should be removed, what should I do?

If you see a rating that you think should be removed, you can flag the rating for our team to review.

To flag a rating:

Look for the flag button. It is located underneath the respective rating.
Clicking on this Flag button and complete the pop-up prompts.

All flagged ratings are reviewed by our Rating Team and ratings that are in violation of our Terms of Use will be removed. In cases where our team is unable to have it taken down, we would recommend you claim your profile and submit a response to the rating.

You can also refer to our FAQ and our Terms of Use for further information on how RateMDs manages reviews.

If there is no flag option, it means:

The rating has been flagged and is waiting to be reviewed. Or,
The rating has been flagged, reviewed, and re-approved meaning our Rating Validation Team was unable to remove it.

Generally, the turnaround time is 3 business days. Please keep in mind that, currently, you will not receive a response from the flagging system.
