If you see a rating that you think should be removed, you can flag the rating for our team to review.
To flag a rating:
- Look for the flag button. It is located underneath the respective rating.
- Clicking on this Flag button and complete the pop-up prompts.
All flagged ratings are reviewed by our Rating Validation Team and ratings that are in violation of our Terms of Use will be removed. Generally, the turnaround time is 3 business days. Please keep in mind that, currently, you will not receive a response from the flagging system.
If there is no flag option, it means:
- The rating has been flagged and is waiting to be reviewed. Or,
- The rating has been flagged, reviewed, and re-approved meaning our Rating Validation Team was unable to remove it.
