I don’t want to log in, can I still manage the ratings I submitted?

Log into your user account to submit a rating is the easiest and fastest way for you to edit and/or remove ratings you have submitted. If you do not want to log in to submit a rating for your healthcare provider but still want to be able to easily and quickly have your rating edited and/or removed, a Rating Receipt may be helpful! 


A Rating Receipt is a confirmation of the rating you have just submitted for your healthcare provider and contains your unique Rating ID. 


Unique Rating ID


Your Rating ID is unique to your rating and can aid us in verifying you are the original rater. Simply reply to the Rating Receipt email providing us with the information you would like to edit, or if you changed your mind and would like to remove your rating entirely.

Easy Optional Opt-in


After you have submitted your rating, you will see the following prompt. 


Simply enter your email address and click the green "Get Rating Receipt" button and a Rating Receipt will be sent to your inbox. Your email will not be shared publicly when your rating is posted.

If you were logged in when submitting your rating, you are able to update the Star or remove your rating through your User Dashboard. Please refer to this help article.
