How do I post a rating response?

Responding to ratings is a great way to engage with your patients and actively build your online reputation. Rating responses show your dedication to providing exceptional experiences for future patients.  

We understand that due to patient confidentiality reasons, you are not able to share details regarding a patient and/or his/her medical condition and we are in no way recommending that you do. The Rating Response is simply a great tool to invite the patients back to contact your office directly to resolve any potential issues or misunderstandings. It is also a great way to show your future patients that you take your ratings seriously and are trying to resolve any issues.

Please make sure you have created an account and claimed the profile already.

After your account has been claimed you will be able to post a provider response to a rating by following the steps below:
  1. Login to RateMDs.

  2. Click 'Ratings' on the left sidebar.

  3. Use the text box below a rating to compose a response (responses must be at least 50 characters).
