There are multiple profiles for me, how do I consolidate them?

Did you find more than one profile listing for you or your facility? Having multiple profiles can cause confusion for patients.


Please contact us with the following details and our team can look into having them consolidated for you.

  1. Your name
  2. Your specialty of practice & city of practice
  3. The URLs/links to your profile and the duplicates
